3.在折彎Z字型時(shí)，某些工件會(huì)變形。出現(xiàn)這種情況首要是因?yàn)镃處為后定規(guī)定位，折彎B處時(shí)，工件折曲上升運(yùn)動(dòng)，撞在后定規(guī)上，被后定規(guī)擠住。折彎成型后，D處就被擠變形。解決這個(gè)問題的方法就是采用后定規(guī)后拉功用。
