立柱不可以有歪曲狀況，各立柱與上、底框相接的兩邊工作交接線與框鄰近平面圖的平行度為小于0.5mm。

支撐點插箱的滑軌，同一層的左、右滑軌所構成的工作臺面相對性底座上表面的平行度為1mm，且應確保插箱裝進后鄰近兩控制面板中間空隙之差的平方根不可超出0.6mm。
