檢查方法為：應(yīng)用絕緣拉桿，將其一段牢固頂在配電變壓器上，從另一端聽取配電變壓器發(fā)出的聲響，對是否存在雜音進(jìn)行判斷。如果此時聽到了“噼啪”聲，則說明配電變壓器運行過程中，產(chǎn)生了擊穿鐵芯的故障；如果所聽到的噪聲非常沉重，且聲音偏大，則說明配電變壓器處于負(fù)荷電流過大的運行狀態(tài)下；如果噪聲聲調(diào)較高，同時伴有尖銳的聲響，則說明配電變壓器的鐵芯處于過飽和狀態(tài)，且電源電壓相對較高。

在對配電變壓器的運行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行檢查的過程中，油位、油溫以及油色是內(nèi)容之一。配電變壓器運行中，通常會散發(fā)一定的熱量，如果工作電流在流經(jīng)線圈時相對較大，將增加發(fā)熱量，此時會導(dǎo)致油溫不斷上升。正常運行狀態(tài)下的配電變壓器，高油溫通常在85～95攝氏度，如果在實際檢查工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)油溫超過這一限值，則說明配電變壓器內(nèi)部發(fā)熱加劇，應(yīng)及時展開停機修理。

而正常運行狀態(tài)下的配電變壓器，其油位通常在1/4～3/4之間，如果油位異常，很可能是漏油導(dǎo)致的。因此，工作人員必須及時對設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢查；正常運行狀態(tài)下的配電變壓器，油色為淺黃色，在一段時間的運行后會轉(zhuǎn)變成淺紅色，如果顏色加深，說明設(shè)備產(chǎn)生了氧化和老化問題。
